We come to you your home if you have a busy schedule, need to stay home with the children, are too intimidated in a big gym, or you just want to spice up your workout.
It is not easy to motivate yourself at home to workout. Even commercial fitness programs like P90X, Wii-fit and many workout DVD’s can’t keep you motivated forever. They are very helpful tools but once you discover the difference in working out with an elite trainer, you will understand why you will have quicker results.
It’s called: STRUCTURE, MOTIVATION, INTENSITY, AND HUMAN INTERACTION!
Even with very little equipment, you will get amazing workouts and learn the correct technique for all basic exercises.
You can also come to our home based workout space in Powell Ohio that offers a variety of small equipment for resistance training, space for plyometrics and stretching, and an inversion table for people with back problems to relieve tension.

POWELL GYM PRIVATE TRAINING
This 4,000 square foot facility is for trainers and their clients only. There is no contract or membership fee. It is fully equipped with strength training equipment, functional training, and plyometric training equipment.
If you do not belong to a gym, you are welcome to use the cardio equipment complimentary with the paid personal training session. There is also free bottled water, towel and fruit service, all of which is included with your training session.
