SELF DEFENSE SEMINAR-LADIES ONLY

This Self Defense Seminar will focus on standing and ground techniques specific for escaping a sexual assault. It is not to teach you how to have a bar fight or bully prevention, but to defend yourself against a male. This seminar is strongly encouraged for ALL females (12yrs+). The seminar is only 1.5hrs long so please take advantage of this quick and easy learning experience that could save your life! Street clothes OR workout clothes are fine!
