August Events

Ronin Family Day Sunday, August 6th 3pm-5pm

We are excited to have some fun in the sun with our Ronin Family at Wyman Wood Park in Grandview Heights! Bring your kids and/or dogs to enjoy some games and snacks! Kids BJJ coaches will be attending to help supervise!

Grandview Hops Saturday, August 26th 5pm-9pm

Grandview Hops is an outdoor festival in Grandview Heights. Local vendors, food trucks, and music gather on Grandview Ave and Ronin is proud to announce we will be participating in this beautiful event! Come stop by our table and say hello on your way to get Jeni's ice cream! If you are interested in volunteering to help us with the table, please check out the volunteer sign up sheet on the front desk at Ronin.

Mommy & Me Self Defense Seminar Saturday, August 26th 11am-12:30pm

Work together with your child to learn effective techniques aimed to give you a fighting chance whether you encounter danger together or alone. $30 includes 1 adult (age 16+) and child (age 4-12yrs). Register at goo.gl/fkjcbp . This seminar is located at our facility, 1012 w 3rd ave, Columbus OH 43212. Open to members and non-members!

Ronin now offers MMA for Beginners!

RTC understands the passion many members have for MMA but are unable to do our advanced MMA program. We have added Beginners MMA to fast track some fighters to the Advanced MMA in order to fulfill their goals and dreams. All members are welcome to try this program. For those who are striking and/or BJJ members---this is already included in your membership! Check out the class schedule at www.ronintrainingcenter.com

Kids Kickboxing Available NOW!

Kids Kickboxing is now available at RoninTC for ages 4yrs-15yrs! All kids can try 1 week free!

IBJJF Chicago Open Saturday, August 12th

Chicago, IL. We have almost a dozen BJJ competitors competing at this one!

Premier MMA Championships Pro Boxing Saturday, August 19th

Location: Hollywood Casino. Columbus, OH. Tickets available for purchase through our two fighters on the card Sean Foster and Floyd Cisco.

IBJJF Master World Championships August 24th-26th

Las Vegas, NV: starts 8am. Live streaming available on Flograppling. Be on the lookout for several of our BJJ fighters including Professor Vitor Oliveira!
