February Events/Updates!

Boxing @ Ronin Begins! *Starting today Feb 1st | 5-6pm

We are excited to announce Boxing classes begin this month very Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday! We have recruited the best boxing Instructors in Columbus, Ohio to teach these all levels Boxing Classes! Whether you are a seasoned boxing competitor or you have no experience come try it out. Boxing classes are automatically including in all “Striking” Memberships. You will see you are able to clock in to this class on the appropriate days!

Youth Wrestling Seminar w/ Joe Heskett Sat, Feb 3rd | 12:30-2pm

Joe Heskett is in the National Wrestling Hall of Fame with a phenomenal wrestling record. His accomplishments are too long to be listed! Take advantage of this great opportunity for your child to learn takedowns from the best! We strongly encourage all RRWC and JiuJitsu kids to attend!

Shove The One You’re With Friday, Feb 9th | 6-7pm

In Honor of Valentine’s Day, Krav Maga invites you to grab a friend or family member and introduce them to your one true love...Krav Maga! Bring a friend to experience why you love Krav! As always, free for their 1st week!

Parents Night Out! Saturday, February 10th | 5-9pm

Celebrate your Valentine’s the Saturday before VDay Kidless! We will be providing professional child care, fun activities, pizza, games, movies, etc! Kids are welcome to arrive in their favorite PJ’s! Please register your kids at Ronin’s front desk. No age restrictions! Payment is due at drop off.

Stretch Zone Demo! Thursday, Feb 15th | 5-8pm

Stretch Zone in Columbus, Ohio offers professional assisted stretching which has many benefits including reduce soreness, stiffness, and pain. Enhance your athletic performance by trying a free demonstration at Ronin! Be sure to stop by their table on that Thursday!

Nutrition for Martial Artists Class Sat, Feb 17th | 1pm-2pm

Brad Babines (RDN, LD, Sports Dietitian) will be presenting essential nutrition concepts for martial artists. Come learn the nutritional essentials for the martial artists lifestyle. Muay Thai Seminar w/ Lerdsila Chumpairtour Sat, Feb, 24th | 5-7pm

In keeping with our tradition of bringing some of the best in the world to Columbus, the Ronin Training Center is proud to present Mr. Lightening, Lerdsila Chumpairtour!!

This 2 hour seminar with Muay Thai champion Lerdsila, aka "The Slippery Eel", aka "Mr. Lightening" will be at the Ronin Training Center for 1 night only. A master of movement and ring deception Lerdsila has agreed to come to Columbus to share some of his secrets that make him one of the best to ever set foot in the ring. Don't miss out on this rare opportunity to train alongside a legend of Muay Thai.

Buckeye Kickboxing Fight Series Friday, February 9th

Location: Sidney, Ohio.

The Arnold Sports Festival March 1st-4th Location:Columbus, Ohio. This is one of the largest events in Columbus Ohio of the year. If you are interested in fighting (in any sport) at this event please inform your coaches. All coaches are pushing competitors extra for this!

*Reminder all MMA fighters have to clock into 5 classes per week to rep Ronin 1 month out from a fight.
