THREE coaches on staff to teach YOU! Are you aproved for our Adv MMA cass? Then definitely check out the Mega MMA class every wednesday. With a Boxing Coach, a BJJ Coach, and MMA Strategy Coach it’s priceless training at your fingertips. Know a pro MMA fighter? Invite them to come check it out!

Master’s BJJ Class (30yrs+ ONLY) Every Sunday | 10am

Are you feeling tired? Run down? Burning through Bengay? Well you’re not alone. Join other masters for a Masters ONLY BJJ! No experience limits. All levels. This class is included in all RTC BJJ memberships.

Wrestling Season Begins!

It’s that time of year...WRESTLING SEASON! Last year our team made a memorable impression and came home with many medals! We are gearing up for another successful season. All members receive a special add-on discount for including this program in for you child. (+$50). Sal is excited to mold the next 2018/2019 champions!

Krav Maga Level 1 Workshop Mon, Oct 8th | 6-8pm

This class will bring your performance from good to great covering finer points of several techniques from the Level 1 Krav Maga curriculum in a workshop format. No experience necessary. Open to all levels and all levels are encouraged to attend.

Halloween Pumpkin Carving Party Sunday, Oct 21st | 1-3pm

All family and friends welcome!!! BYOP (Bring Your Own Pumpkin)! We will have pumpkin carving tools, snacks, and drinks. Wear your favorite halloween costume and slice up some scary pumpkins with your favorite friends! All kids welcome!

Justin Flores JUDO Seminar Sat, Oct 27th | 10-12pm/1-3pm

Everyone knows the infamous Ronda Rousey Judo throws...Well here is your chance to learn from the man behind the famous techniques. YOU DO NOT WANT TO MISS THIS SEMINAR! Instructor Justin Flores will be teaching, demonstrating, and drilling game changing techniques for all levels. KM Week Of Horror! 10/22 - 10/24 - 10/26

In honor of Halloween, all Krav Maga classes the week of October 22-26 will focus on techniques and scenarios favored by everyone's favorite horror movie psychopaths. Costumes are not required, but recommended. No experience necessary. Open to all levels.
